Dear ThinkTech Hosts:
Host Bulletin, Week of February 6, 2022
Graphics
Graphics are now due 10pm the night before the show, same as show information. Last-minute graphics have made it difficult for us to review them for quality and copyright. Please review our Graphics Guidelines at http://thinktechhawaii.com/graphics-guidelines/ before submitting graphics.
Multiple Guests
Each guest should have their own equipment and be in separate rooms. Two people at the same machine can cause audio and framing issues.
Family
Please avoid having immediate family appear as guests on your show. Recommend them to other hosts instead so they can appear on a different show.
Burning Issues 2022
If you missed our Burning Issues 2022 webinar or want to watch it again, go to https://youtu.be/TvDezaaHrIM. We got so many questions from attendees, we did a follow-up episode: https://youtu.be/XVwGaPBcl4o. Thanks for supporting us through our projects to promote community engagement.
Viewership
As everyone knows, our show hosts play an important role in promoting viewership. We are rolling out new tools to increase community engagement and views. We currently identify the Top Five shows from the week before the preceding week. Starting this coming week, all active hosts will receive a YouTube viewership report on shows in the preceding month. Our goal is to help you understand and increase your viewership going forward. We will also include regular tips to help you promote your shows in our Weekly Host Bulletins.
Questions, please contact hayley@thinktechhawaii.com.
