For every episode, you must submit your show information by the day before the recording. We send you the form for it two days in advance, but you're welcome to submit it earlier since the link is always the same.
The link to the form is https://bit.ly/show-information. Any field that does not have an asterisk (*) is optional. Examples of completed forms: https://drive.
A copy of your submitted form will be automatically sent to you by forms-receipts-noreply@google.com. You can edit the form by clicking the Edit Response button in that email. If you do edit the form, please let us know so we can update our calendar and your guests. Make sure to check your email after submitting the form in case there are any issues.
If you or your guests won't be able to make the show, please let us know as soon as possible.
There are some additional rules, most of which are listed on the form, but all have been announced in host bulletins and meetings:
- Episode titles must be unique. You can add things like II, vol 2, part 2, continued, again, and revisited if you want some episodes to have similar titles.
- The title, tagline, discussion, and takeaway must be unique from each other.
- If you are appointing a host/co-host who isn't a regular ThinkTech Host, please provide all of their information in the Additional Information section as if they were a guest (or add them as a guest on your form).
- We do not accept periods (except for abbreviations) and the following characters in the title and tagline fields
- In your show information, please refer to yourself in third-person. The episodes are posted on ThinkTech Hawaii's channel, not a personal one.
- In your show information, use present-tense when referring to the show. This is included in the video description, which is posted after the show is already recorded. (For example, "We will discuss" should be "We discuss".)
- The Discussion Contemplated should be in paragraph format.
- For the guest name fields, we do not allow special titles/honorifics, such as "Esq", "Dr", or "Senator". If you want to include them, please put them in the Affiliation field instead.
- Each of your guests must have a unique email address (they cannot share the same one).
- Separate search keywords/phrases with commas, because that's how they're delimited in YouTube.
- There can be 1 additional contact (e.g., a secretary) per episode. If you want to designate a contact, write the information in the Additional Information section as if they were a guest.
; ? ! & @ $ # ( ) [ ] { } < > / \ ^ * ~
Instead, you can use colons, commas, hyphens and dashes. You can still word your title or tagline as a question without punctuation. This rule does not apply to affiliations, other host and guest information, the discussion contemplated and the takeaway contemplated.

Thanks for your cooperation and your participation in ThinkTech. We look forward to your show!
