Dear ThinkTech Hosts:
Host Bulletin, Week of January 30, 2022.
New Staff
Introducing Max High-Cuchet, our new engineer-in-training! He'll be joining us in the studio starting Tuesday.
Max is a French-Japanese-American videographer and music producer. With years of experience as a freelancer in New York City, Max is passionate about contributing meaningful video content to Hawai’i. In his free time, you might catch Max skateboarding around Honolulu - ask him to do a kickflip!
Burning Issues
Join us for a ThinkTech Hawaii webinar this Tuesday, February 1. "Burning Issues 2022" will examine critical national issues: our insurrection, democracy, society, pandemic, and perspective. Featuring panelists John Waihee, Neal Milner, Louise Ing, Roopmati Khandekar, Jon Davidann and Tim Apicella. Please spread the word and register at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_1JCMWJbYRvizH-wCq_eqNQ.
Atherton Grant
ThinkTech has received a small grant from the Atherton Foundation to conduct an Impact Project to increase viewership, contact and engagement in the community. Funds will support staff time to further develop and promote media presence, our publications, community outreach and more. The success of the project depends in part on hosts participating in promoting their own shows. More to come!
