Chat questions and comments:
1. Mute - please mute unless you are speaking. Background noise affects everyone’s audio.
2. Q. Is there a particular time you need the questionnaire/ info form before the show?
A. By the day before your show.
3. Q. How do we send in the media?
A. Email as attachment to shows@thinktechhawaii.com. Max 15 images. Don’t use images with a lot of text, impossible to read on the screen.
4. Q. Will the bell be audible on the stream?
A. No.
5. Q. Can we have a blank box with a time counter not seen by the public but help host keep time?
A. Use your phone using the App “Count Down Timer” or time or stopwatch functions. Or use another monitor or screen or clock, like Katharine does.
6. Q. Best way to tell viewers to submit questions?
A. Viewers should submit questions by email to questions@thinktechhawaii. Engineer will post in host’s chat box, with one chime to remind host to look at the chat box. Host can read, rephrase, ignore or delay dealing with a question. If the host does pose the question, he/she should thank the viewer.
